These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (“Website”) and form a binding contract between you, the user of the Website (“you” and “your”) and Health & Co Pty Limited (ACN 614 349 585) trading as Health & Co (ABN 88 614 349 585) (“us”“our” and “we”).

Because your use of the Website forms a binding contract between you and us, you should ensure that you read these Terms carefully and fully understand them before using the Website. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding these Terms. Our contact details are set out in clause 13.1.

By using this Website you acknowledge that you have had sufficient chance to read and understand the Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must cease using the Website and leave it immediately.

    6. Nothing in these Terms is intended to have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying:
      1. the application of all or any of the provisions of Part 5-4 of Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (ACL); or
      2. the exercise of a right conferred by such a provision; or
      3. any liability of us in relation to a failure to comply with a guarantee that applies under Division 1 of Part 3-2 of the ACL to a supply of goods or services.
    7. We do not endorse the content of any advertisement appearing on the Website and accept no liability or responsibility in respect thereof.
